Health Together (formerly Maternal and Infant Health Canada) focuses on improving holistic health outcomes for all in vulnerable communities, strongly emphasizing maternal and infant health. Our work spans education, research, and direct community engagement, addressing gaps in healthcare and collaborating with global partners.
