Our work focuses on evidence-based, culturally inclusive, and community-informed approaches to maternal, reproductive, and global health.

About the Role

The Grant Writing Team supports Health Together in identifying funding opportunities and developing strong grant applications that advance our programs and research initiatives.

In this role, you will:

- Research potential grants and assess their alignment with Health Together’s priorities.
- Develop proposals, budgets, funding justifications, and application responses.
- Coordinate with Principal Investigators (PIs), project leads, and team members to gather required information and documentation.
- Proofread applications for accuracy, clarity, completeness, and compliance with grant requirements.
- Submit applications and supporting materials accurately and by required deadlines.
- Track grant opportunities, deadlines, application progress, and submission requirements.
- Plan and maintain structured workplans to organize priorities and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
Ideal Candidate

- Organized and structured, with the ability to develop and follow workplans.
- Strong communicators who collaborate effectively with PIs, researchers, and project leads.
- Analytical and research-oriented, with the ability to evaluate funding opportunities and assess alignment with Health Together’s priorities.
- Proactive and accountable, able to work independently while keeping the team informed of progress, challenges, and deadlines.

Certification or Education Required
Background in Grant Writing and a Master degree is preferred.
