Ok ! This is a big ask - Are you ready to be a VIP? Like a really very important person? Then the role of Volunteer Coordinator is for you! • Recruit volunteers for Brackendale Annual Fall Fair Friday Sept 5 & Sat Sept 6, 2025 • Create, maintain, update a contact list of volunteers which you will provide to committee heads & BFI Board. • Create a budget for Volunteer recruitment and appreciation • With theVolunteer Connector program as the recruitment and scheduling tool, you will organize volunteers to various committees and schedules. • Attend Brackendale Fall Fair to supervise volunteers. • Set up volunteer check in, rest space, and lunches on fall fair day. • Organize volunteer appreciation . • Attend Brackendale Farmers Institute meetings to report on tasks, budgets and ideas.
