The Inn is looking for some dedicated volunteers to support our donation pick-up and delivery! If you enjoy driving and giving back to the community, this opportunity is great for you! Volunteers will use their personal vehicles for the pick-up and delivery of food donations for Inn from the Cold. This opportunity is available for individual volunteers with the following availability: Starting August 21st, and then every second Thursday going forward. Requirements: • Must be able to lift 40lbs • Must have access to a larger vehicle (SUV or minivan) • Punctual, reliable, and flexible • Dressed appropriately; please wear comfortable clothing Volunteers must provide the following supporting documentation: • Valid driver’s license • Proof of $2 million liability insurance Why Volunteer with Us? Additional Details & Skills Required
Volunteers will assist with loading goods into vehicles at the Food Bank every second Thursday in the morning followed by delivering the goods to our kitchen.
