Position Overview:
As the Exhibitor Outreach Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying and attracting top-tier artists, galleries, and exhibitors to participate in our prestigious international art fair. This role requires a strategic thinker with exceptional communication skills and a deep understanding of the art industry.

Responsibilities:

Prospecting and Research:
- Conduct research to identify potential exhibitors, including emerging artists, established galleries, and art institutions.
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of the art market to target exhibitors that align with the fair's vision.

Relationship Building:
- Establish and nurture relationships with artists, galleries, and institutions to encourage their participation in the art fair.

Collaboration:
- Work closely with the marketing team to ensure consistent messaging and promotion of the art fair to potential exhibitors.
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate logistics and support services for exhibitors.

Event Presence:
- Attend industry events, art fairs, and gallery openings to network and promote our fair.
- Represent the company professionally and passionately convey the benefits of participating in our international art fair.
