Art Downtown Summer Art Event Assistant

6 hours / weekly
4 months 
We have a summer art program starting July- August. Thursdays from 10am-5:30pm.

We need help to run the event smoothly, here are some of the responsibilities. 

Event Logistics: set up/take down easels, tables, chairs, signage. chalk artists space

Artist Assistant - Help artists locate their area, help set up their area, and watch over their work when they need a washroom breaks.

Event Hospitality: VVAF Info Desk (sit at our help desk, answer any questions attendees may have) Art Ambassador (handing out flyers to attendees, collecting emails for newsletter)

Photography/Videographer 
Take photos and videos of the exhibition

Art Masters
This will be 1 day, 8 artists will compete for 1 hour, need help to set up this competition, *date TBA
