Help Us Evolve Our Visual Identity 💫 Hey there! 👋 We’re The Kaleidoscope Mental Health Support Society, a registered charity dedicated to peer support, connection, and breaking down barriers to mental health care. Our mission? To create a community where people with lived experience feel empowered, supported, and heard. We’re all about inclusivity, accessibility, and making mental health support more human. We’re currently seeking a visual designer or graphic artist to help us slightly redesign our new logo and expand our people illustrations into a fuller visual series for our website, social media, and promotional materials. These stylized figures represent connection, community, and movement—core values at the heart of our work—and we’d love your help in evolving this visual language. What You’ll Do: Help refine and update Kaleidoscope’s new logo to enhance clarity and inclusiveness Design original illustrations based on our logo style Reflect a wide range of identities, body types, emotions, and interactions Submit digital files (vector or high-resolution PNG preferred) Collaborate with our team to ensure the designs align with our mission and values What We’re Looking For: An eye for minimalist, expressive design Experience with graphic design and digital illustration A willingness to experiment and co-create in an open, inclusive space Passion for peer support and mental health—or a desire to learn more! Whether you’re an emerging designer looking to grow your portfolio or a seasoned creative who believes in the power of visual storytelling—your work can help shape the way people see and feel about peer support.
Why should you volunteer for this opportunity?
Your work featured across Kaleidoscope’s platforms Artist credit on all designs you contribute A chance to shape the visual identity of a growing peer-led nonprofit Portfolio-worthy projects that reflect values of community, care, and inclusion The opportunity to be part of a creative, passionate team working to make mental health support more inclusive, accessible, and human
