Key Responsibilities:
- Review and draft legal documents for compliance with laws and regulations.
- Establish and maintain legal structures for the organization.
- Stay updated on legal changes affecting non-profits and recommend adjustments.
- Coordinate with external legal counsel when needed.
- Educate board members and staff on legal issues and best practices.
- Advise board members and leadership on legal matters related to non-profit operations.


Qualifications: 
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Admission to the bar in the relevant jurisdiction.
- Proven experience working as a lawyer with a focus on non-profit organizations.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively and provide clear, practical legal advice.
- Strong understanding of non-profit law, including tax-exempt status, charitable solicitation regulations, and governance requirements.
