Make-A-Wish is the world’s largest wish-granting organization, operating in 50 countries and territories on six continents through 40 Affiliates. Make-A-Wish®Canada | Reves d’enfantsMD Canada serves families in every province and territory and is the 2nd largest global affiliate behind Make-A-Wish America. Our mission statement is: Together, we create life-changing wishes for children with critical illnesses. Make-A-Wish Canada’s goal is to grant the wish of every eligible child in Canada. A wish gives the sick child and their family the strength to face the devastating journey ahead of them. Wishes provide relief and hope, helping the family focus on something other than pain, fear and uncertainty. In 2025, we granted 1,835 life changing wishes. We still have thousands of wishes waiting to be granted. We cannot grant those wishes without your help.
