Volunteer to Help Youth Explore Science! Volunteer with Jit Jots!
Ongoing
Hello everyone! We are Jit Jots, a volunteer-led non-profit organization founded by UBC undergraduate science students. Our mission is to make science fun and accessible by delivering engaging, in-person workshops for youth at community centres, neighbourhood houses, schools, or wherever we are called to! These workshops are designed to inspire a passion for science in youth through experiment demonstrations, hands-on activities, and creative worksheets - all created by our awesome team. We’re currently looking for volunteers to join our Workshop Team and help bring science to life for young learners across the Lower Mainland of British Columbia. We are seeking enthusiastic, committed volunteers to lead our workshops and help represent our organization in an engaging and energetic way. If you're excited about science and enjoy working with youth, we encourage you to apply by sending your resume to jitjotsactivities@gmail.com. We look forward to connecting with you soon! Check out our website at jitjots.com, to learn more about us!
Why should you volunteer for this opportunity?

Volunteer hours and references to support academic or professional applications. Networking and collaboration with like-minded UBC students passionate about science education.
