Role Overview
IWIL Ignite is seeking a volunteer Partnerships Manager to help build and maintain meaningful relationships with community organizations, sponsors, collaborators, and strategic partners. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys outreach, communication, and creating win-win opportunities that support organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and research potential partners aligned with Ignite’s mission.

Reach out to organizations, businesses, and community stakeholders.

Help develop partnership proposals, outreach messages, and collaboration ideas.

Maintain a pipeline of prospective and active partners.

Support meetings, follow-ups, and relationship management.

Work with the team to explore sponsorships, collaborations, and community engagement opportunities.

Preferred Skills

Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Confidence in professional outreach by email, phone, or LinkedIn.

Organized and able to track multiple conversations and opportunities.

Experience in partnerships, business development, fundraising, sales, or community engagement is an asset.

Passion for supporting community impact and organizational growth.
