What will you do ?

Recruit and train volunteers (15%)
Calendar & Meetings (10%)
Digital Marketing (25%)
Outreach to Community (50%)

Help in coordination and community Outreach to prospect Stakeholders
Manage social media with the team (LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, Facebook)
Create newsletters and graphics (Mailchimp Canva)
Update website and blog content



Manage executive schedule and meetings
Prepare materials and agendas
Take notes and follow up on tasks
Digital Operations (20%)

Manage executive email and files
Run online events (Zoom webinars)
Create reports and presentations
Executive Support (20%)

Draft emails to funders and partners

WHAT YOU NEED
Experience & Skills
1-2 years executive assistant /coordinator Experience 
Strong writing communication and presentation skills 
Social media and email marketing skills
 slack, Canva, Mailchimp , Zoom 
Personal Qualities

Highly organized multitasker
Creative and detail-oriented
Interest in AI and digital literacy
Certification or Education Required
Graduation with a minimum experience of 1 year
