This volunteer role is perfect for anyone interested in community coordination, people management, and creating programs that make an impact. 📋 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀 - Help find and welcome passionate volunteers who align with our mission - Design and improve onboarding, training, and meaningful engagement of volunteers and mentors so they are clear on what they are doing from day one - Assign and match roles based on skills, interests, and Cherry On Tech's needs - Create a supportive and inclusive environment that keeps volunteers and mentors motivated and engaged - Work closely with mentors to support them and make sure they're having a good experience - Monitor volunteer and mentor contributions and engagement to measure impact and identify improvements 🔑 𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 - Previous experience in coordination, community management, or team leadership (preferred) - Strong organizational and time management skills - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Experience with digital collaboration tools (e.g., Slack, Notion, Google Workspace) - Passion for social impact and alignment with Cherry on Tech's mission 🗓️ 𝗥𝗼𝗹𝗲 𝗗𝗲𝘁𝗮𝗶𝗹𝘀 - Time commitment based on project: Minimum 3 months - 1-3 hours per week - Every other week, group check-in for ongoing support and collaboration - Flexible volunteer schedule and hours - Remote position 𝗧𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗶𝘀 𝗮𝗻 𝘂𝗻𝗽𝗮𝗶𝗱 𝘃𝗼𝗹𝘂𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗲𝗿 𝗼𝗽𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁𝘂𝗻𝗶𝘁𝘆 ➡️ 𝗔𝗽𝗽𝗹𝘆 𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗲: https://forms.gle/hpVsws3oUxv8WZ9h7 ⬅️
