The Canadian Institute of Medicine and Scientific Research (17395612 Canada Inc.), a federally incorporated Canadian entity based in Ontario, is seeking pro bono counsel or urgent legal assistance to initiate a $187,000,000.00 CAD civil lawsuit in the Ontario Superior Court of Justice . The case involves complex elements of international torts, unlawful corporate asset seizure, extortion, physical assault, and arbitrary state detention . The incident occurred in Saudi Arabia, involving specific public branches (Misfalah Municipality, Makkah police, Madinah Al-Faisaliyah Police, Wafidin Detention Complex) alongside specific private foreign nationals and two Saudi women. The Plaintiff has fully preserved primary photographic and documentary evidence, including: Official vehicle registrations and license plates of the vehicles used to seize corporate property. Handwritten detention/property custody receipts specifying the Canadian identity of the representative.
