Description POV is seeking a passionate and people-oriented Community Manager Volunteer to help build and nurture meaningful relationships within our community. What You Will Be Doing Create an army of POV community members through organic interactions Engage with participants before, during, and after programs Help manage online communities and communication platforms Support participant retention and relationship building Foster welcoming and safe spaces for engagement Assist with community conversations and feedback collection Skills Needed Strong interpersonal and communication skills Emotional intelligence and empathy Community engagement and relationship-building ability Conflict resolution and active listening skills Passion for youth empowerment and safe spaces
