Must have your own vehicle with a valid Class 5 driver license. Your vehicle must be able to pass our safety test (i.e. no cracked windshields, functioning horn, all lights working, etc)
Must have a cell phone that you carry at all times.
Be reliable: we require Errand Drivers to be available at least one day a month. You must be available on a weekday during business hours.
Have good communication and listening skills. Must be able to follow instructions.

Errand Driver

Minimum of three months
Drive your own vehicle to pick up or drop off items as required. You will usually need to come to the Northern Spotted Owl Breeding Program at the start or end of your shift and most errands occur in Langley, Surrey, and Abbotsford. Purchase much needed items for which you will receive full reimbursement. Items include grain, cleaning supplies, food for the owls, and miscellaneous items. There will also be bottle pick ups at local wineries that need dropped off to a Return-It location to contribute to the fundraising efforts of the NSOBP.
