------ ROLE DESCRIPTION
Right to Live Canada is seeking experienced B2B Sponsorship Sales Representatives to acquire commercial corporate sponsorships for Right to Live Canada and OpenABLS.

-- Identify appropriate corporate decision-makers.
-- Conduct outbound outreach through email, phone, LinkedIn, and approved channels.
-- Personalize outreach and communicate a clear commercial sponsorship value proposition.

-- Handle routine objections and maintain professional follow-up.
-- Arrange qualified meetings with the CEO or relevant team members.
-- Track contacts, conversations, stages, and next actions in the shared pipeline.
-- Help progress negotiations and sponsorship opportunities within approved parameters.
-- Coordinate with the outreach team to avoid duplicate prospect contact.

Sponsorships are commercial exchanges offering defined promotional or partnership benefits in return for funding. Team members must not promise unapproved benefits, exclusivity, or commercial terms.

You must possess good equipment for virtual meetings, both video and audio.
You must attend virtual meetings with the capability to give it your full attention, like a dedicated office room or space.

-- Experience securing replies, meetings, or opportunities through outbound prospecting.
-- Ability to qualify prospects and clearly present a commercial value proposition.
-- Strong persuasive written and spoken business communication.

-- Good organization and ability to maintain accurate CRM or sales-pipeline records.
-- Familiarity with Google Workspace, Slack, prospect research, CRM/shared pipeline tools, and virtual meetings.
-- Professional judgment and reliable follow-through.

Preferred:
-- Experience selling sponsorships, partnerships, advertising, media, technology, research, events, or similar B2B offers.
-- Experience prospecting marketing leaders, partnership teams, CSR/community investment teams, or business owners.
-- Evidence of originating meetings or closing business through cold outbound sales.
-- Experience working with structured sales scripts, sponsor decks, and follow-up processes.

------ TIME COMMITMENT
This is an unpaid remote volunteer role requiring 12 dependable hours per week for at least four months. Applicants must already have B2B outbound experience and be prepared to begin executing rather than learning cold sales from the beginning.
