Position Overview
The Asanty Beauty Foundation is seeking a creative, organized, and collaborative Volunteer Content Creator Team Lead to oversee and coordinate the Foundation’s content creation and marketing efforts. This individual will manage a small team of volunteer content creators and work closely with leadership to ensure content aligns with the Foundation’s mission, campaigns, and outreach goals.
The ideal candidate is creative yet structured, able to guide others, and comfortable balancing strategy with execution.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and coordinate the Content Creation and Marketing volunteer team.
Provide direction, feedback, and task assignments to content creators (social media, written, visual).
Collaborate with leadership to plan content themes, campaigns, and messaging aligned with Foundation initiatives.
Review and approve content to ensure quality, consistency, and brand alignment.
Assist in developing content schedules and ensuring timely delivery of materials.
Support onboarding and guidance of new content volunteers.
Provide ideas and recommendations to improve engagement, reach, and storytelling impact.
Maintain professionalism and confidentiality in handling organizational information.

Qualifications

English required; French is an asset.

Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills.
Experience or interest in content creation, social media, marketing, or communications.
Ability to guide and coordinate volunteers in a remote environment.
Creative, proactive, and detail-oriented.
Comfortable giving constructive feedback and managing timelines.
Aligned with the Foundation’s mission and values.
