Autumn Hospice

Autumn Hospice is dedicated to improving the quality of life through compassionate care for individuals and families facing an end-of-life illness.

Our staff of highly qualified physicians, nurses, certified home health aides, social workers, clergy, and volunteers work in partnership with the patient, family, and their personal physician to make the final period of life comfortable and peaceful.

Volunteers are residents living in the areas where we serve. They include people who are retired and those currently working. They range in age from teens to senior citizens. People who want to volunteer for Hospice do not need special talents; they simply need to have the desire to “make a difference in people’s lives”.
