Real Time Patient Experience Survey Volunteer

Minimum 6 month commitment
To assist 3rd floor rehabilitation patients with completing the Fraser Health Real Time Patient Experience Survey to provide anonymous, unbiased feedback in real-time. Facilitate a welcoming, supportive environment through your interactions with patients of Queen’s Park Care Centre.

Shift/hours: One shift per week - 1-2 hours.
Additional Details & Skills Required
-Ability to understand & be understood in English.
-Effective communication & interpersonal skills (discretion, courtesy, empathy).
-Proficiency with an IPad.
-Ability to follow direction.
-Ability to follow the Fraser Health Respectful Workplace Policy that includes working with a variety of individuals from different backgrounds (ages, ethnic, cultural, etc).
-Knowledge & compliance with infection control requirements.
-Ability to maintain confidentiality and set appropriate boundaries.
