Emerging Leaders Placement Project

National

The Emerging Leaders Placement Project, led by the Women in Leadership Foundation and funded by Canada Service Corps, is a national initiative connecting youth aged 14 to 30 with meaningful volunteer placements across Canada. This program helps youth gain real-world experience, grow as leaders, and give back to their communities with mentorship, guidance, and support every step of the way.

Over 240 youth volunteers will contribute more than 28,800 hours of service with over 50+nonprofit partners, including WIL’s 10 chapters, across Canada. We are especially committed to uplifting emerging leaders from Black, Indigenous, and People of Colour (BIPOC) communities. Your lived experience and leadership are essential to building a more inclusive Canada.
