Youth Basketball Content Creator (Video Editor)

EcoHoops is looking for a Video Editor who understands that basketball is an art form. We have the raw footage: game clips, practice footage, kids learning, making mistakes, and finding solutions in the chaos (that’s the Ecological approach). We need you to chop it up and make it look good for Instagram.

We don't want those cheesy highlight tapes with 50 slow-motion replays of a layup. We want raw, gritty, authentic content that tells the story of our players growing up in the game."

What You Will Do:
Take the Footage: We upload raw game clips to the cloud; you grab them.

Find the Gems: Spot the moments where a kid figures something out (not just the buckets, but the smart passes and the hustle).

Cut the Fluff: Keep edits tight, fast, and engaging for social media (Reels/TikTok).

Set the Vibe: We love 90s/00s Hip Hop. If you know how to sync a crossover to a Nas beat, you’re hired.

What We Need From You
Tech Skills: You know your way around Canva, CapCut, Premiere, or DaVinci.

Basketball IQ: You know what a "good play" actually looks like. Or at least you're willing to learn.

Reliability: You can deliver at least 5 videos a week without us chasing you.

Creative Freedom: You’re willing to experiment. As Bruce Lee said, "Simplicity is the key to brilliance." Don't over-edit with crazy explosions. Let the game speak.
