EcoHoops: The Anti-Elite Basketball Program
EcoHoops is not another “elite” program chasing trophies and adult egos. We are the Anti-Elite movement, putting kids first, always. Our mission is to build joyful, safe, and competitive spaces where players grow as people, not products.

We believe in competition and skill development, but never at the cost of a child’s well-being. Our programs are designed around modern coaching science, mental health awareness, and the simple truth that kids deserve better.

We’re looking for:

Coaches ready to learn modern, evidence-based methods and lead with care.

Social Media & Marketing Creators to help tell this story and grow the movement.

Video Editors & Content Creators to bring practices, games, and player stories to life.
