Lake Country Health has been in the community since 1982. It is the only local community organization that provides a variety of resources for its valued residents and works diligently to develop necessary programming specific to the community’s needs. Such programming includes Better at Home for seniors, a Car Seat Initiative, Caregiver Support Group, Resource Directory, and low income Tax Clinics. Through the development of our programming, we have been able to reach individuals of all age groups, and have worked towards improving community health.
