Takedown Crew - VegFest Kelowna 2026

Help break down the VegFest Kelowna site at the end of the event.
You'll work alongside the Takedown Lead and other volunteers to close out the festival grounds. Depending on where help is needed most, you might be assigned to:

- Taking down tents, tables, and chairs
- Taking down banners, flags, and signage
- Clearing trash and recycling from the site
- Helping vendors load out

No experience needed — the Takedown Lead will show you exactly what to do and where. Expect some lifting, bending, and being on your feet.

Volunteers do not need to be vegan but must be respectful of the vision and mission of Positively Vegan Society. Vision: Thriving, plant-based communities that promote sustainability, ethical living, and planetary/population health. Mission: Empower and educate people to adopt a vegan lifestyle through positive events, entertainment, and educational programs.
