Stage Assistant - VegFest Kelowna 2026
Be the friendly face that keeps our stage running smoothly and our speakers taken care of. What you'll do: - Welcome guests with a bright smile and direct them to empty chairs - Make sure speakers and performers arrive about 15 minutes before their set - Keep them stocked with water - Stay on standby in case the speaker or tech team needs anything - Enjoy the session — and snap some photos while you're at it! This role reports to the Stage Lead.

Volunteers do not need to be vegan but must be respectful of the vision and mission of Positively Vegan Society. Vision: Thriving, plant-based communities that promote sustainability, ethical living, and planetary/population health. Mission: Empower and educate people to adopt a vegan lifestyle through positive events, entertainment, and educational programs.
