Setup Lead - VegFest Kelowna 2026

Lead the volunteer crew that builds the VegFest Kelowna site before gates open on event morning.

You'll work from the site map and setup checklist to direct and assign a team of setup volunteers — sequencing where tents, tables, chairs, banners, and signage go up, confirming vendor spaces are ready for arriving vendors, and making sure the volunteer area is set up. Once the build is done, you'll report site readiness to the Event Manager.

This is a hands-on leadership role: you'll be coordinating a small crew, keeping the morning on schedule, and solving problems as they come up. Expect to be on your feet, do some lifting and moving around the site for the shift.
