Setup Crew - VegFest Kelowna 2026

Join the crew that gets the VegFest Kelowna site ready before gates open! You'll work alongside the Setup Lead and other volunteers on the morning build. Depending on where help is needed most, you might be assigned to:

- Putting up banners and flags around the site
- Setting up tents, tables, and chairs according to the site map
- Marking out vendor spots on the ground before vendors arrive 

No experience needed — the Setup Lead will show you exactly what to do and where. Expect some lifting, bending, and being on your feet for the shift.

Volunteers do not need to be vegan but must be respectful of the vision and mission of Positively Vegan Society. Vision: Thriving, plant-based communities that promote sustainability, ethical living, and planetary/population health. Mission: Empower and educate people to adopt a vegan lifestyle through positive events, entertainment, and educational programs.
