The needs of communities are complex and countless. At Wildrose Community Connections, we focus our programs on areas that we believe have great impact - food, mentorship and early starts for young families. We are looking for individuals who can lend a helping hand to our clients when they need transportation to important medical appointments, a ride to the grocery store or other individual needs. We operate out of the Foothills and serve our great communities in this area!
