Wild Rose Community Connections brings together good people to do simple, but powerful things that make a positive difference in the lives of individuals, children and families. We focus on food, mentorship, social work and helping families build strong futures. Our organization is entirely dependent on the time, passion and vision of our workers, volunteers and community partners. Together, we are committed to creating connections that will grow stronger families and communities.
