Girls Linking Our Worlds (GLOW) is an 8-week school-based group mentoring program for elementary aged girls that focuses on empowerment and leadership development. The program is facilitated by 2-3 adult mentors for one hour/week in a school.

GLOW Mentors play a crucial role in supporting the program’s mission to empower young girls. Mentors will guide participants through discussions, creative and physical activities, and group exercises that promote leadership, self-awareness, and healthy living. Mentors encourage inclusive participation and respect, a safe and supportive environment for open communication, and build positive, trusting relationships with participants. Resources and curriculum material are be provided.
