Adventure Canada Connections is a group mentoring program that supports elementary-aged newcomer youth in their adjustment to Canada. The goals of the program are to foster connections amongst the group, to the country, and to the community, and offer fun and interactive ways to learn about Canada in a safe, inclusive space. The program takes place in an elementary school during the school day and is facilitated by a team of 2-3 adult mentors.
