Volunteers Needed for Renovation Preparation Support!
YESS is looking for 4–6 volunteers to help prepare two spaces for upcoming renovations. Date: Tuesday, September 29, 2026 Time: Approximately 2–3 hours - (9am start but flexible) Location: YESS on Whyte Volunteers will assist with: Moving furniture and other items out of the youth recreation room Moving furniture and other items from the main dining room Decluttering and disposing of unwanted items as work progresses YESS staff will be on site to provide direction and assistance. Some lifting and moving will be required. This is a great opportunity for individuals or a small group looking to make a practical, meaningful contribution while helping us create refreshed and welcoming spaces for youth. YESS supports youth in Edmonton who are experiencing complex barriers, housing instability, trauma, and crisis
