Before completing this application, please consider whether you have any conflicts of interest that may impact your ability to fulfill the commitments, duties, and responsibilities of a Director. This means you must avoid or remain free from real or perceived conflicts or self-interest, or appropriately disclose and manage these in collaboration with the board.
