The Boyle Street Service Society

Boyle Street Community Services has been an integral part of Edmonton's social infrastructure since 1971. In 1976, the organization became a registered charity under the name Boyle Street Service Society. At the heart of our work, we listen, care, and empower our clients in order to assist them to find solutions to their challenges. Our clients are as diverse as the challenges that they face, and we welcome everyone.

Boyle Street Community Services is a non-denominational organization that welcomes and serves people of all ages, backgrounds, and orientations. While we are non-denominational, we acknowledge that the majority of individuals experiencing homelessness in Edmonton identify as Indigenous First Nations, therefore, we incorporate Indigenous ceremonies in our practice.
