Position Title: Volunteer Street Team - Community Ambassador
Reports To: Communications Director

Position Overview:
We are seeking enthusiastic and outgoing individuals to join our Volunteer Street Team as Community Ambassadors. This role involves engaging directly with residents to promote community league memberships, events, and programs while gathering valuable feedback through surveys and market research. As the face of our community league, you’ll help strengthen connections within our neighborhood while developing communication and outreach skills.
This position is open to individuals of all ages and is perfect for those who enjoy engaging with people and making a positive impact.

Key Responsibilities:
Membership Recruitment: Actively recruit new members for the community league through outreach efforts at events, schools, door-to-door visits, and at the mall.
Event Promotion: Share information about upcoming events and programs, encouraging participation and community involvement.
Surveys and Research: Conduct surveys and gather feedback to help improve league offerings and address community needs.
Community Representation: Serve as a friendly and approachable representative of the community league.
Collaboration: Work with other Street Team members to achieve outreach goals and share ideas for engaging the community.

Time Commitment:
Flexible hours based on events and outreach activities, with an estimated 4–8 hours per month.
Opportunities for additional involvement during special events or campaigns.

Qualifications:
Friendly, outgoing, and comfortable speaking with people from diverse backgrounds.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Enthusiasm for promoting community involvement and programs.
Reliable and able to fulfill scheduled outreach activities.
No prior experience is necessary—mentorship opportunities are available to support you in this role.
