SMART Recovery Canada is building a future where anyone can access effective, judgment-free support and develop the skills to lead a balanced, meaningful life.

Through free, science-based meetings led by trained facilitators, we support people, families, and communities affected by addictive or other concerning behaviours. Our approach is grounded in choice, dignity, inclusion, shared learning, and the belief that people should lead their own recovery.

Volunteers are essential to this work. By sharing your time, skills, lived experience, or community connections, you can help us expand access, strengthen partnerships, reduce stigma, and ensure more people across Canada know that support is available—and that everyone belongs.
