Client Copilot Co-Team Lead Volunteer

Mental Health Copilots is a non-profit organization helping people access mental health resources. We're looking for a Client Copilot Co-Team Lead Volunteer, who will collaboratively support and coordinate our Client Copilot team! 

Responsibilities: 

- Responding to volunteer questions, review volunteer folders and follow-up as needed, conduct monthly meetings and biannual check-ins

- Facilitate volunteer training opportunities, send biweekly update emails, and follow up on volunteer time sheets to ensure no one is overburdened or falling behind. 

- Identifying gaps in MHC procedures relevant to the Client Copilot role and contribute to solutions, interview potential volunteers

Requirements:
- 4-6 hours per week for a minimum of 1 year
- Must be aged 18+
- Must have reliable access to a computer, high-speed internet, and phone
