Zeffy Newsletter Coordinator

Recurring; 1-3 hours per newsletter

Do you enjoy putting together clear, engaging newsletters? Hope Lives Here needs a volunteer to build newsletters in Zeffy using approved stories, images, event details and fundraising information.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Arrange provided content into readable newsletter sections with helpful links and calls to action.
- Proofread dates, names, animal details and campaign information against approved materials.
- Save newsletter drafts, make requested edits and prepare them for final review.
- Work with our content and design teams when approved graphics or information are needed.

GOOD FIT
Clear writing, proofreading, organization and an eye for layout. You should be comfortable learning online tools and checking details carefully. HLH's quick-read Zeffy guide and role guidance are provided.

IMPORTANT
Newsletters remain drafts until Amanda approves them. This role does not authorize independent sending, scheduling or changes to confirmed financial claims.

WHEN & WHERE
Flexible remote role, generally 1–3 hours per newsletter, recurring as newsletters are assigned.
