HLH Donation Pickup & Delivery Volunteer

Occasional; as-needed, flexible
Have a vehicle and a little time to help rescued cats and dogs? Hope Lives Here Animal Rescue Society is recruiting two dependable volunteers for occasional, approved donation and supply pickup/delivery jobs.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Pick up approved donated food, supplies, fundraiser items or event materials and deliver them to the confirmed destination.
- Follow the exact handoff time, handling and contact instructions supplied privately AFTER an assignment is confirmed.
- Tell the coordinator about delays or problems and accept only routes that fit your availability, service area, vehicle and safe lifting comfort.

GOOD FIT
Reliable transportation and clear communication are required. You should be comfortable following directions and keeping donor, foster and business information private. Task-specific training/instructions are provided before any job.

WHERE / WHEN
Occasional in-person jobs, generally 30 minutes to 2 hours plus travel. We welcome interested volunteers in Edmonton and Red Deer; actual pickup routes are offered only as approved jobs become available. No fixed pickup addresses are shared publicly.

IMPORTANT
This is donation and supply delivery, NOT transport of live animals. Volunteers do not independently collect money, alter arrangements or make purchases.
