YouTube Influencer & Channel Growth Lead

Healthy Aligned Living (HAL) is a community organization dedicated to empowering at-risk youth, individuals in recovery, and those navigating mental health challenges. We support people who are rebuilding their lives, finding purpose, and stepping into leadership. Our programs include peer-support mentorship, empowerment coaching, recovery tools, youth leadership development, and community events — creating a safe place where people feel seen, supported, and valued.

We are building a strong online presence to lift voices, share real stories, educate, and bring hope to people who may feel alone, lost, or overlooked. Our mission is to use media as a tool for healing, empowerment, and connection — especially for those who do not have access to traditional support systems.

We are looking for a YouTube Influencer and Channel Growth Lead who wants to help HAL build a powerful digital platform. You will help create and upload content, appear on camera (optional but encouraged), assist with planning and video shoots, edit short-form and long-form videos, apply YouTube SEO, and help grow and engage our online community. Content includes interviews, motivational pieces, youth stories, recovery-focused discussion, educational conversations, comedy moments, and inspiring real-life progress.

This role is for someone who takes digital impact seriously. If you want to build influence, sharpen your media skills, and be part of a meaningful mental health and youth-empowerment movement, we want you on our team. We are growing something real — purpose, passion, and people first.
