YouTube Content Coordinator for Healthy Aligned Living

Healthy Aligned Living supports at risk youth, families, and community members through trauma recovery, empowerment programs, and harm reduction based support. We are expanding our digital presence and we need a committed volunteer to help grow our YouTube channel as a key tool for education, outreach, inspiration, and community visibility.

This role is perfect for someone who loves digital media, wants to help build a meaningful online platform, and wants direct hands on experience with content growth. You will help us reach youth, parents, and community members who rely on free online support.

What the volunteer will be doing
• Uploading weekly long form videos and YouTube Shorts
• Creating strong titles, descriptions, tags, and SEO keywords
• Designing thumbnails on Canva
• Organizing playlists and structuring the YouTube channel
• Tracking video performance and subscriber growth
• Moderating comments and supporting safe engagement
• Organizing video files and managing Google Drive content
• Clipping longer videos into short motivational or educational content (optional if skilled)
• Helping build the digital identity and consistency of HAL’s channel

This role directly supports HAL’s mission by helping more youth and families access recovery tools, coping strategies, and community support online.
