Adult Literacy Tutor - Distance Learning Tuesdays

An adult learner needs your help! We are seeking a consistent tutor to work with a learner who is learning English as a second language. This learner would like to work on her reading, writing, and conversational skills that are all currently at a grade 4-5 level. She is focused on improving her verbal and written communication at work and in her day-to-day life.

How it works: spend about 30 minutes per week on lesson planning before meeting face to face for an hour. This learner is only available to meet via distance learning (Zoom is preferred) on Tuesdays at 11:00 am.

Every CFL tutor receives training and ongoing support from our hardworking staff. You also have access to our digital and physical resource libraries so you can choose fun and engaging activities for your lessons.
