Our Organization Needs :
1. Event Planning & Coordination Volunteers
Assist with overall event setup and coordination.
Help manage timelines, logistics, and vendor communication.

2. Registration & Guest Services Volunteers
Greet guests at the entrance.
Check tickets or RSVPs.
Provide information and directions.

3. Decor & Setup Volunteers
Help decorate the venue according to the “Light in the Darkness” theme.
Set up tables, lighting, and centerpieces.

4. Costume & Mask Assistance Volunteers
Help guests with masks or costume adjustments.
Maintain a “lost & found” for items during the event.

5. Food & Beverage Volunteers
Assist at the bar or buffet stations.
Serve drinks and snacks.
Ensure tables are clean and organized.

6. Entertainment & Program Support Volunteers
Assist performers, DJs, or speakers with equipment or schedules.
Help manage games, activities, or contests.

7. Photography & Social Media Volunteers
Take photos or videos of the event.
Post updates to social media to promote the event live.

8. Fundraising & Donation Volunteers
Help with silent auctions, raffles, or donation collection.
Track and organize contributions.

9. Safety & Guest Assistance Volunteers
Monitor entrances/exits for safety.
Assist guests with accessibility needs.

10. Cleanup Crew Volunteers
Help clear tables, remove decorations, and tidy the venue after the event.
