Role Overview:
The promotional graphic designer will be responsible for designing and creating a variety of promotional materials for various time periods, including the early bird, summer, and fall
promotions. This role aims mainly to promote the school fundraiser program, although other programs, such as the sponsorship program, will also be considered. Graphic designs will be distributed in a variety of ways, including through some collaboration with the social media team, as well as mailing physical copies to schools. Applicants must be in Grade 7 or above during the 2026-2027 school year. The role duration runs until January, with an option to continue on for next year’s BSSF.

Key Responsibilities:
● Design eye-catching graphics, infographics, and pamphlets for use in promotions
● Ensure content aligns with the fundraiser’s branding and mission.
● Brainstorm and come up with creative ideas for promotional materials
● Attend regular meetings to discuss plans and keep up-to-date with the rest of the team.
● Take advice from the Advisory board, team members, and promotions manager when creating designs

Requirements:
● Understanding of graphic design tools such as Canva and Adobe
● Ability to communicate efficiently in a team environment
● Applicants must be Canadian grade school students in grades 7-12 during the 2026-2027
school year
