Position Overview: We are looking for a strategic and community-oriented Facebook Coordinator to manage our Facebook page, events, and groups. This person will help grow our audience and ensure our content reaches the right people. Key Responsibilities: Develop and schedule engaging Facebook posts, including text, images, and videos Manage Facebook groups and interact with followers in comments and messages Set up and promote events, including live streams and webinars Monitor performance using Facebook Insights and generate reports Coordinate with design and content teams for cohesive branding Qualifications: Experience managing a Facebook Business Page Strong understanding of Facebook’s algorithm and ad tools Excellent written communication and community management skills Ability to use scheduling and analytics tools Experience with nonprofits or cause-based organizations is a plus
