Autism Independent Living Association (AILA) is an Autism organization that is working to create an intentional supportive housing community for those adults on the Autism Spectrum who have minimal support needs and don’t qualify for Persons with Developmental Disabilities funding. AILA has been founded by a group of parents and adults on the spectrum who are looking to create a community that provides safe, secure housing while building a sense of community for adults on the spectrum. Our objectives are:
- To enable individuals with ASD to develop
to their full potential
- To enable individuals with ASD to live
independent and satisfying lives as part of a community
- To find appropriate, safe and affordable
housing
