T.A.N.G. Youth Program - Wednesday Youth Leader

Are you interested in furthering your leadership skills? Do you want to use your personal knowledge and skills for a good cause? Come and be a part of our educational and activity-based T.A.N.G. Youth Program! Take part in our Youth Program and become a mentor for multicultural youths in the community! 

Title: Youth Leader

Period: April 9, 2025 - June 18, 2025

Wednesday After School Drop-In – 3:30 pm - 6:00 pm

Time Commitment: 2.5 hours a week for a minimum of 7 sessions within 3 months

Position Description
· Help youth sign in and/or sign up for the program
· Supervise youth during volleyball
· Be a positive role model
· Tutor junior high and high school students in core subjects
· Interpret, explain, and guide students to understanding and connecting with materials
· Teach and play a variety of tabletop games to students

Qualifications and Skills
· Must be 18 years of age or older
· Strong English language skills (speaking, listening, reading, writing)
· Responsible, reliable and punctual
· Open-minded, caring, and wanting to make a difference in the lives of young people
