AHS Home Care- Edmonton Zone

Our volunteers visit AHS Home Care clients in the community for the purpose of social companionship under our visitation program, and to help with grocery shopping or getting to and from medical appointments under our volunteer driver program. We have additional paperwork for those wishing to drive under our program. Our biggest demand is for volunteers who can visit during the daytime hours Monday-Friday.
Volunteers must be over 18, complete an application, attend an interview, provide a clear police information check, complete health screening, provide references, attend orientation and training.
