Umuaka Africa is a registered non-profit organization in Calgary dedicated to supporting children ages 4 to 13 of African and Caribbean descent. We offer culturally grounded programs that strengthen identity, confidence, belonging, and cultural pride. Our initiatives include storytelling sessions, arts and cultural workshops, youth leadership activities, and community events designed to promote positive growth and connection. We welcome volunteers who are committed to supporting children, celebrating culture, and contributing to a strong and vibrant community.
